Install Official BBM App on Non Compatible Android Smartphones & Tablets

Blackberry Messenger is now freely available on Android and iOS devices worldwide. But a few bunch of people haven't yet received it on their Android devices. What possibly may be a reason for such a thing ? Don't Worry, we have a way round.

Probably geographical restrictions or device compatibility may be an issue all together. Some times Google Play Store in your country doesn't have the app on board or a particular device do not support the app officially from the Google Play Store.

Don't worry, just side load it on your device using an official APK without facing issues like setup failed, no network connection found etc. Just follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1) On your Android device, check "Unknown Sources" in Security Settings.

Step 2) Download the Official BBM APK From the Link HERE.

Step 3) Copy and Move the same to your device.

Step 4) Install it normally.

Step 5) Switch off your device and reboot.

Step 6) Setup BBM on your device as usual.

Step 7) The APK version is a bit old. But do not worry and head towards installed apps on Google Play Store and update BBM version to the latest version available.

P.S - Please do not forget to check "Unknown Sources" in the Security Settings on your device.

Don't hesitate to install via APK, this is an official version from Blackberry free from malware.

Hope this works for you. Still if you face any issue or have doubts, feel free to get back via comments.
