So the new Google + commenting feature is out now that is for sure a serious new edition immediately after the recent revamping of blogger default HTML Editor. The default blogger templates will automatically see the Google + commenting widget available, but for the people using free blogger templates or the free custom blogger templates will have to tweak their templates to get things going.
As discussed earlier this feature will be automatically updated on default blogger templates, provided you have shifted your blogger profile to Google Plus profile already. Now for people using custom templates on blogger have to tweak a bit to make the commenting widget appear on their blog.
You don't have to worry at all, as this is a simple step that hardly would involve a few steps.
Step. 1. Log on to your Blogger Profile and head towards the particular website's dashboard where you want the widget to appear.
Step 2. Now Access the Template section. Very importantly backup your template by downloading the entire template using the Backup/Restore menu.
Step 3. Since the Blogger template is revamped you won't find any option to expand the widget template.
Step 4. Click inside the editor and search for the code mentioned below using Ctrl + F function.
You will find two instances of the above code, like the one below
Step 5. Simply replace the highlighled codes with the one below.
Step 6. Finally save the template and exit.
Step 7. Refresh your blog and you will find the Google + commenting widget enabled and appearing on your blog.
